Service is always friendly and efficient - getting an appointment is rarely (if ever) a problem and ordering repeat prescriptions and booking appointments on line is simple

The receptionist on the desk on tuesday morning was very helpful when i phoned and also when i arrived at the surgery, and the doctor was great.

Thank you for your feedback, your comments have been passed on to the team. If you wish to discuss our appointment system further please ask to speak to the practice manager. We offer on line booking as well as in person or by telephone. We have pre bookable appointments available up to 4 weeks ahead. On 4 afternoons per week we have open surgery, where you are guaranteed a face to face GP consultation if you arrive in the two hour window on a first come first served basis. Patients may however be seen earlier based on clinical need.

Quite a long wait to see the doctor, but really that was out of their control.
Otherwise very good treatment.

Thank you for your feedback and thank you for your understanding. Although each patient is allotted a 10 minute consultation period sometimes if several patients have more complex needs this can make the clinic overrun.

Ring back service, always get an appointment if not available the receptionist always offers an alterative time, helpful receptionists, doctors - good listeners, discuss possible indication/treatment
